Après deux années passées à courir les bois et m’imprégner des ambiances forestières, c’est avec beaucoup d’émotion que je vous annonce la sortie imminente du livre !

Ce recueil d’images est un témoignage artistique de l’esprit de la forêt, au-delà des frontières de la vision que restitue la photographie. Une rencontre entre le monde réel et celui de l’imaginaire, une expression de l’âme des forêts.

 “A la fois végétal, monument et symbole  universel de la vie, l’arbre est depuis toujours source de représentations oniriques et de légendes. 

C’est en m’immergeant au cœur de la forêt, que l’idée de dépasser cette vision descriptive pour entrer dans l’univers du rêve m’est venue.
Par un soir d’automne, sous les pins sylvestres, au milieu des bouleaux dorés et des bruyères enflammées par les derniers rayons du couchant, les fûts orangés des arbres s’élevaient dans une douce palette de couleurs. La magie de l’ambiance ne pouvait se limiter à une simple vision figurative, insuffisante pour restituer l’intensité du moment. Il fallait alors puiser dans sa vision créative et exprimer ce que nous offre l’univers de la forêt pour basculer dans le royaume de l’imaginaire. Dépasser sa propre perception des choses et ne retenir que l’essentiel, quelques lignes, une harmonie de couleurs pour donner vie à ces âmes sylvestres.
Passer du monde réel à celui du rêve en transformant son boitier photographique en pinceau.”

At the same time vegetable, monument and universal symbol of the life, the tree has always been the source of dreamlike representations and legends.

It is by immersing myself in the heart of the forest, that the idea to overtake this descriptive vision to enter the universe of the dream came to me.

On autumn evenings, in the middle of the golden birches and the heathers fired by the
last rays of the sunset, the orangey trunks of trees rose in a soft color palette. The magic of the atmosphere could not limit itself to a simple representational, insufficient vision to restore the intensity of moment. It was then necessary to draw from this creative vision and to express what offers us the universe of the forest to fall over to the kingdom of the imagination. Overtake one’s own perception…
